With origins dating from 1926, Tompkins & Davidson, LLP, offers counseling to companies engaged in multi-national business transactions that require compliance with  complex  laws affecting imports and exports, by providing guidance on laws and regulations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and numerous other federal agencies.  The firm represents domestic companies as well as overseas companies, with clients ranging in size from start-ups  to Fortune 500 entities.

The firm assists clients in resolving import issues at ports of entry and in achieving international and domestic supply chain security through participation in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). 


The firm offers confidential auditing services for Customs compliance, with our audit staff possessing over fifty years of combined experience in the area.
