Sherri R. Moslowitz

Sherri Moslowitz is Audit Manager of Tompkins & Davidson, LLP.  She has over 25 years experience in the field of international trade having been an auditor with the New York Regulatory Audit Division of U.S. Customs and an assistant controller with a manufacturing and import company.  Ms. Moslowitz has been affiliated with the law practice for the last 20 years and routinely conducts internal self-assessment reviews of company import programs to confirm compliance with governing Customs laws and regulations and assists in the development and implementation of informed compliance programs.   She is also directly involved with the coordination and conduct of importer audits and focused assessment reviews performed by U.S. Customs Service and Border Protection.  Ms. Moslowitz also assists the firm’s clients in matters which include, but are not limited to, related party transfer pricing, valuation of imported merchandise,  duty-free claims for U.S. goods assembled abroad or American goods returned, duty preference programs (e.g.,CBTPA), reconciliation, etc.

Ms. Moslowitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jersey City State College.  She graduated summa cum laude in 1981.
